Job description

Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality tutoring for students studying towards their GCSE exams
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
  • Create personalised learning plans to cater to individual student needs
  • Ensure a supportive and encouraging learning environment
  • Interact with students, parents, and other teaching staff
  • Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level subjects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong subject knowledge in the relevant GCSE subjects
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience in preparing students for GCSE exams

Bachelor\'s degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years\' experience in teaching or tutoring at the GCSE level

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
