A leading financial institution in Bexleyheath is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to provide exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting with transactions, building customer relationships, and identifying ways to enhance the customer experience. Candidates should be flexible and effective communicators. The starting salary is £28,341 pro-rata with additional benefits including annual leave and a discretionary bonus.

We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, working a minimum of 260 hours per annum with a starting salary of £28,341 pro-rata, this is made up of a base salary of £26,161 pro-rata along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1680 discretionary performance related.
