Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
• Experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity is required.
• Understanding of gas safety regulations essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties.
• Ensure high levels of customer care with clients and tenants.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements in daily work.

Skills

Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)

Valid UK driving licence

Previous practical experience in gas maintenance

Solid understanding of gas safety regulations

Strong problem-solving skills
