We have multiple positions as follows:
Sheffield x2
Doncaster x1
Start dates for successful applicants will be from 1st October.

Role Overview:

Maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties ensuring that heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, and that repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.

We're looking for someone self-motivated, professional with strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality service. You’ll be working across a variety of environments and must be comfortable adapting to different settings and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region
  • Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards
  • Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work
  • Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
  • Valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity
  • Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenants
