Job summary

A national heating contractor is seeking self-employed heating engineers for ongoing social housing contracts in Monmouth, Wales. Ideal candidates will commit to a minimum of 3 days per week, performing landlord gas safety checks and central heating repairs. Requirements include ACS qualifications and gas safe registration. Weekly pay and all parts provided, with appointments pre-booked through a PDA system.

• Clean DBS Check and valid driving licence required.

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self-employed heating engineers for a long-term social housing contract.

Contract Details

• Location: Monmouth
• Contract: Housing Association
• Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
• Commitment: Minimum of 3 set days per week
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates

• £250.00 per day (all parts supplied)

• No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
• £2m Public Liability Insurance
