Job summary

A national heating contractor is seeking self-employed heating engineers for ongoing contracts in Coventry. Responsibilities include Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs. Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with a local housing association.

Contract Details

Location: Coventry
Contract: Housing Association
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates

• £23.48 per Landlord Gas Safety Record
• £30.44 per repair (parts provided)
• Plus winter incentive of £40.00 per day if engineer commits to 5 days per week (additional £200.00 per week) effective until end of February 2026
