Job Description:

We are seeking a Proactive, Full time hardworking Showroom Representative for our Exebridge branch, which would suit a landscape gardener or contractor with experiences in lawncare. Including Saturday Morning

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Responsibility to support customer enquiries on Garden Machinery & Accessories that come into the Exebridge Branch.
• Facilitating opportunities to cross sell garden fertilisers and other maintenance products alongside the machinery enquiries.
• Supporting the E-Commerce Packing & Distribution process from the Exebridge Branch.
• Supporting the Country Store Feed Department with delivery loading & unloading at the Exebridge Branch.
• Providing a focus on customer experience throughout the customer journey at the Exebridge as well as customer experience surveys.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated and decisive. But also collaborate effectively with the other branches on group projects.
• Strong understanding of how garden products and fertilisers support the growth and development of lawns and garden quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with John Deere, Stihl and competitive products.
