As part of their continued North American expansion, they are hiring an FX Sales Manager to develop new business and strengthen their footprint across Western Canada.

Job Description

The FX Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth across the Edmonton region, targeting SMEs and mid‑market corporates engaged in international trade. This is a proactive sales role suited to someone with a strong local network, strong B2B sales experience, and the drive to build relationships in a fast‑growing market.
You will be joining a high‑performing team with access to best‑in‑class products, global expertise, and an agile fintech culture. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to build their book of business and will be supported by experienced operations, onboarding, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business across Western Canada, focusing on companies engaged in international trade or cross‑border activity
  • Sell FX risk management, payments, and cash management solutions to corporate clients
  • Leverage an existing local network to build and grow a portfolio of B2B clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, market insight, and superior customer service
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver high‑quality onboarding and ongoing client support
  • Develop regional sales strategies and identify growth opportunities within the Edmonton and Greater Alberta area
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, supported by best‑in‑class CRM tools and internal infrastructure
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services, FX, or cross‑border payments
  • Strong existing network across Edmonton and the Greater Alberta area (minimum 5 years of local presence preferred)
  • Track record of proactive business development and success in a hunting sales role
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers
  • Experience selling to SME or mid‑market corporates involved in international trade is highly desirable
  • Financial acumen and a consultative sales approach
  • Fluent in English
