Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Funds team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engagement letters, fee estimates, WIP analysis, and liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth financial management
• Handle document filing, data entry, data room management, and support deal processes including closing checklists and transaction bibles
• Maintain trackers and databases, support workflow across active matters, and assist with ad hoc tasks for fee earners

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previous Funds experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
