The team covers the entire life cycle from formation and regulation through to restructurings and terminations, across a wide spectrum of fund types/classes. Requirements

• Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada).
• Likely to suit someone with 3-6 years’ PQE (minimum 3 years’ PQE required for work permit).
• Investment funds expertise gained with a leading UK/International firm would be preferred, but corporate lawyers with some exposure to the sector and a desire to specialise, are encouraged to get in touch.

• Attractive tax‑free salary (expected to be in the range of USD160k-220k depending on experience).
