A recruitment agency in the UK seeks a Fundraising/Development Manager to enhance funding opportunities for a performing arts charity. This hybrid role involves developing a fundraising strategy, managing relationships with donors, and planning events. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in fundraising, relationship management, and possess a passion for performing arts. Willingness to occasionally work weekends and evenings is required. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £37,500.
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid 50% in office)

Hours: 40 hours per week | Some evening and weekend work

Support the strategic development of the company through designing and delivering the company's overall fundraising and development strategy to achieve established financial targets.
