Job summary

A financial services company in Southampton seeks a Full-Time Accounting professional to assist in delivering financial reporting for private equity and real estate funds. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements to UK GAAP or IFRS standards, completing bookkeeping, and coaching junior staff. The ideal candidate should be studying an ACCA or ACA qualification, possess direct experience in producing financial statements, and have a solid understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS. Qualifications

• Studying a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA part qualified).
• Direct experience of producing financial statements and/or management accounts.
• Good knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for fund structures to UK GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Complete bookkeeping and liaise with auditors for financial audits.
• Coach junior staff in client reporting and procedures.
