Qualifications

  • One year's post-registration experience as a Nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctor.
  • Fully registered with NMC or HCPC.
  • Based in NI, Wales or the Midlands of the UK.

Overview

Functional Assessor (WCA)
Location: Coleraine
Hours: 37.5hrs per week (9AM-5PM, flexible start time)
Salary: Full time - £38,500 - £39,500 + 10% performance Bonus Scheme = £43,350

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments - 90 mins per case (including time for report writing).
  • Write clear, evidence-based reports (400-500 words), 5 per day + optional overtime.
  • Provide detailed justifications to support NIDFC decisions.
