As a Functional Assessor, you’ll conduct assessments and produce fair, evidence‑based reports for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP), as part of the DWP’s Health Assessment and Advisory Service (HAAS).

Permanent (Hybrid role)
Full time: 40 hours (Mon - Fri from 8 : 30am - 5pm)
Croydon. (You MUST be located within a 90‑minute radius of the site to be considered for this role)
As a Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. You will carry out detailed assessments through telephone, video, or face‑to‑face appointments to understand how a claimant’s disability, condition, or illness affects their ability to carry out everyday activities in a respectful, fair, and reassuring manner.
