About the role

You will be a key part of the pharmacy team, working across the healthcare area and dispensary, to meet patients’ needs. Your focus each day will be to deliver a great service to our patients, through holding conversations tailored to the individual needs of each patient and delivering on the operational requirements of the position.

This is a relief position so you will be required to work between 16 branches covering Forth Valley, Lanarkshire, Fife, Currie and Juniper Green.

Job Description
  • Accurately dispensing prescription medications to patients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Delivering exceptional standards through operational compliance to ensure efficiency and maximise profitability.
  • Managing stock, including ordering, date checking, and organising medications.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and promote our services.
What you’ll need to have.
