Qualifications

• Prior experience in a maintenance/security/caretaking role, ideally within an educational setting.
• Willingness to work towards a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all buildings are accessible and suitable for use by learners, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness of college buildings and grounds.
• Respond to College emergencies and assist with First Aid when required.
