Join the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust as an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist within our Acute Care at Home (ACAH) service. You will play a pivotal role in the development and provision of clinical pharmacy services, specifically within the Community Rapid Intervention Service (CRIS) and Virtual Ward services.
