Role

As a full-stack engineer, you'll be instrumental in automating intricate knowledge work worldwide, pushing performance boundaries previously deemed unreachable. Here's what you'll do:

1. Develop and optimize scalable pipelines to automate language model training, evaluation, and deployment.
2. Architect, implement, and manage robust APIs for accessing fine-tuned language models, ensuring scalability and security.
3. Lead the growth of our engineering team, setting high standards that drive our company's advancement.
4. Tackle unparalleled product and engineering challenges, particularly in deploying LLMs in production.

This role requires at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, and it's an in-person position. Visa sponsorship is available.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building top-tier software products, focusing on backend systems and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in statically typed backend frameworks (e.g., Java, Golang, Typescript, C++), with Python skills as a plus.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ideally with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Cloud Build, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise in developing scalable pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Product-driven engineering mindset, committed to delivering outstanding results.
• Nice to have: Experience as an early engineer at a rapidly growing startup; Interest and consideration of the impacts of AI technology.
