Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and client-focused FTV Broker to join a specialist insurance team working within the Media, Film, and Television sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service while developing expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations.
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with insurers and third parties to resolve insurance issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and fully compliant with FCA principles.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, re-broked risks, and secure outstanding premiums.
  • Support wider team objectives while delivering excellent customer care.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade C or above); Cert CII or working towards preferred.
  • Previous experience in insurance (commercial or specialist) desirable.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated team player with a high attention to detail.
