A community-focused museum organization in Sheffield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to oversee operations across various sites. In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of facilities while advising on operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of maintenance and health and safety practices. This is a fixed-term contract for six months with a salary of £26,266 for 37 hours per week. Flexible working hours are offered.

Maintenance Assistant, you will assist in the oversee of operations across all Sheffield Museums sites and be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, efficient and sustainable operation of buildings, facilities and services. This is a strategic role where you will be advising, developing and implementing operational improvements to enhance the visitor journey and accessibility across all sites.
