What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee all property operations during the night shift.
  • Greet guests warmly on arrival and say a fond farewell on departure. Actively listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Lead shifts and support team members to ensure prompt, high-quality service.
  • Support the Front Office Manager with daily front office operations and staff supervision.
  • Engage guests in conversations about their stay, hotel services, and local attractions.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and availability.
  • Foster teamwork by partnering with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Process payments and follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Train, coach, and manage the Front Office team to enhance engagement and growth.
What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in working in a hotel reception environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a big plus but not essential. However, minimum one year working in a high contact customer service role is required.

This is a full time role (40 hours / 5 days per week) working a variety of night shifts Monday to Sunday and occasional bank holidays.
