We're now hiring experienced customer service professionals who are energetic, passionate, and ready to be the welcoming face of our newest hub in Tunbridge Wells. If you know how to create a great first impression, keep things running smoothly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Proven experience in a customer service role - hospitality, retail, leisure or similar.

  • A friendly, confident communicator who knows how to connect with people
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks without missing the details
  • A team player who brings energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude
  • An interest in padel, sport, or fitness (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
