A prominent sports organization in Telford seeks a Front of House Supervisor to ensure exceptional food service across its facilities. You'll oversee operations, lead the catering team, and maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and experience in a customer-focused environment. Here at LFC, we are looking for a people-focused Front of House Supervisor to help deliver exceptional food service across our world-class AXA Training Centre. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless dining experience for players, staff and guests, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
You will have strong knowledge of safeguarding, along with proven experience in a similar role, leading teams in a customer‑focused environment. Valid Food Safety Level 2 and/or Health & Safety Level 2 certificate (or equivalent) would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
