A financial services firm in Manchester is seeking a professional Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in a front of house role. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing switchboard calls, and coordinating meeting room bookings. To deliver a professional service, focusing on quality, service and relationships, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to our SJP Head Office & responsible for the handling of inbound calls to SJP’s national switchboard, alongside the wider team.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, a fast learner, with a passion for providing a first class service, you will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and logical approach to work.
