Front of House Assistant

Salary £13.85

Shift Hours: Full time, 0730-1530

Monday - Friday (no evenings or weekends)

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Front of House team members to join our dynamic catering and hospitality team, based at American Express in London. In this fast-paced, premium corporate environment you'll be the face of our service, creating warm and welcoming experiences for colleagues and guests.

• Deliver a first-class front of house experience in our restaurants, coffee bars or hospitality events
• Serve food and beverages with confidence and a smile
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional environment
• Support the team by staying proactive and solution focused
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, health & safety and food hygiene

What we're looking for

• A passion for great service and quality food and drink
• Confident communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to a busy environment
• Previous front of house, barista or customer service experience
