We are looking for an outstanding Front of House Account Manager to lead with poise, discretion, and a commitment to excellence.This role is centred on delivering a seamless, high-touch service experience, where polished presentation and thoughtful attention to detail set the standard.As the primary representative of our client’s brand, you will shape a welcoming environment that feels effortless, refined, and consistently exceptional.

You will manage a team of 14 ambassadors across two city-based buildings, overseeing Ground Floor Reception, Meetings and Events, and Switchboard operations for a prestigious financial services client in the City of London.United by a shared vision, the team strives to anticipate requirements, enhance every point of contact, and go beyond expectations at every opportunity.

Type of Contract:Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspire, engage and guide the team towards the achievement of service excellence, ensuring exceptional operational standards in all areas.
  • Provide a high profile, visual presence throughout the buildings and Front of house areas in order to forge strong relationships and gain an excellent reputation.
  • Proactively suggest innovation and new ways of working across all offices in line with client expectation ready for implementation.
  • Oversee delivery of all on-site meetings and events and full ownership of the client meeting rooms.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills, preparing and delivering insightful monthly and quarterly reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse and manage all unit costs effectively and ensure full purchasing compliance.
