A leading guest services provider in London is seeking a Front of House Account Manager to lead a dedicated team, oversee operations, and deliver exceptional experiences for a prestigious financial client. You will manage a team of 14 ambassadors across two city-based buildings, overseeing Ground Floor Reception, Meetings and Events, and Switchboard operations for a prestigious financial services client in the City of London.United by a shared vision, the team strives to anticipate requirements, enhance every point of contact, and go beyond expectations at every opportunity.
Type of Contract:Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)
