What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and manage all aspects of their arrival and departure.
- Handle check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS.
- Respond to guest requests, questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate records and process payments securely.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of service and presentation at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel is essential.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems; Opera PMS experience preferred.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
