Job description
What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests warmly and manage all aspects of their arrival and departure.
  • Handle check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS.
  • Respond to guest requests, questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled.
  • Maintain accurate records and process payments securely.
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of service and presentation at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous front desk experience in a hotel is essential.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer systems; Opera PMS experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
