About the role:

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Four Seasons Park Lane, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, offering a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure. This role is key to creating lasting impressions, ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for and supported throughout their stay.

What you will do:
  • Deliver a personalised check-in and check-out experience with warmth, efficiency and professionalism
  • Respond to guest enquiries, both in person and by phone, regarding hotel services, amenities, directions and local recommendations
  • Handle special requests with creativity and care, always aiming to exceed expectations
  • Resolve any concerns with empathy and discretion, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance the guest experience
  • Stay informed about in-house events, key personnel and hotel operations to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Look for thoughtful moments to personalise service and create memorable experiences for every guest
