Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Daliburgh is seeking a vibrant Receptionist/Admin Support to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries.
  • Arrange travel and taxis for business needs.
  • Organise lunches and refreshments for the leadership team.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms.
  • Prepare meeting packs for senior executives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Operations team.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area.
