Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Receptionist for a role in Gillingham. This position involves customer service and a variety of admin duties. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service/Reception role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and manage the switchboard.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the diary.
  • Welcome customers and assist with their queries.
  • Perform admin duties such as data entry and filing.
  • Liaise with internal teams.
