Fright Nights Senior Event Host
Location:Thorpe Park,
Hours:Full time, part time, weekends & holidays
Contract Type:Seasonal, until November 2025
To achieve a smooth operation of our Fright Nights Event Offering while delivering great experiences to our guests and promoting optimal operational throughputs for our attractions and scare zones. Taking ownership of individual attractions and motivating the team in a fun and engaging way.
Responsibilities:
- Batching of guests when working on a range of our Fright Night Attractions and offerings
- Recording hourly throughputs
- Delivering great experiences and interactions to guests across the resort
- Following trained out systems and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- Ensuring all workplaces are tidy and presentable at all times and taking on ad hoc cleaning duties when required
- Gaining a strong knowledge of our offerings to assist with any guest queries or questions
- Ensuring all levels of communication are professional and are in line with training and brand guidelines
- Taking ownership of the overall performance and running of the attractions
- To be proactive in giving instructions to your team to ensure all targets are met and the operation remains smooth
- Responsible for the organisation of the attractions ensuring team members breaks are adhered to without impacting the operation
- Ensuring attraction standards are met and always maintained
- Help to drive operational efficiency via queue-line management
- To complete daily opening and closing checks and to report any issues to the relevant manager
- Be a positive, engaging and approachable person who thrives off working in a fastpaced environment
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and engaging Event Hosts to help deliver a smooth operation for our Fright Night 2025 offerings, putting the guest experience at the forefront of the role.
- Be able to work in a team and alone.
- Good communicator.
- Customer service skills.
- Previous experience is not a necessity, but any operational and entertainments experience would be helpful.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Passionate about delivering quality service to our guests.

Pay Range
From GBP £12.27/Hr.
