A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their team. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, delivering excellent candidate experiences, and optimizing sourcing methods. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of sales recruiting experience and be fluent in French, living in either the UK or Ireland. This is a full-time position based on-site, focusing on attracting top talent for a large tech client.
Responsible for delivering a great candidate experience while driving the interview process that evaluates candidates against a high bar for performance, future potential and culture-add. Drive the candidate evaluation process end‑to‑end and manager delivery / negotiations.
Identify unique innovative ways to source top talent via social media employer branding initiatives and networking. Leverage data to make educated decisions in regards to recruiting process changes and advise stakeholders. Monitor, track and deliver against your individual KPIs.
