Location: London - Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Languages: Fluent French and English

Salary: £28,000 pa

Responsibilities
  • Processing of orders
  • Liaising with French-speaking clients (B2B) by email and phone
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries (e.g., prices, stock availability, delivery queries)
  • Liaising with other departments (logistics, etc.) to provide necessary export documentation
  • Providing a first-class and quality service at all times
  • Attending events and exhibitions when required
  • Communicating with sales reps within the French-speaking territories
