The Role

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator to join our Bristol team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process road, air, and sea freight shipments
  • Book shipments with shipping lines, agents, and hauliers
  • Provide outstanding customer service—tracking shipments and keeping clients informed
  • Handle customs clearance for imports and exports
  • Create orders, negotiate rates, and manage invoices
  • Maximize profit margins across accounts and shipments
