• Monitor site performance against the programme.
• Ensure high levels of health & safety.
• Conduct quality control.
• Handle short term programme changes.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.

Overview

My client are a reputable Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team in the North West! This will be a project based role working on a residential scheme in Manchester City Centre. (CONTRACT)

Ideal candidate

• Experience in managing delivery on large projects across facades, internals and finishes
• Used to working autonomously and able to show to initiative.
• Will have previously worked on a new-build residential project.
• Has experience managing the internal packages on a project.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Ambitious individual who is wanting to grow and develop with a company.
• Solution provider, assertive and good communication skills.

Duties will include

• Reporting direct to a site based Project Manager.
• Coordinate trades, labour and equipment
• Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
• Monitoring site performance against the programme.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
• Quality control.
• Short term programme changes.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
