Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a tier 1 civil engineering contractor in Southampton. Responsibilities include managing costs, change management, and subcontract procurement. • Take control of change management and manage final accounts.
• Be responsible for subcontract procurement and managing their accounts.

Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with:

• Previous experience of working for a Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor
• Experience of commercially delivering multi-million-pound schemes.
• Strong commercial awareness and acumen.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience of NEC forms of contract.

Salary and benefits include:

• 475- 525 per day PAYE Umbrella
