Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Health & Safety training sessions, ensuring content is understood and applied.
• Support businesses/people in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Adapt training materials to suit different audiences and sectors.
• Contribute to the development of training programs, including practical and accredited courses.

Requirements

• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).
• Passion for sharing knowledge and making training engaging.
• Experience delivering training is ideal, but not essential if you are keen to develop your trainer career.
• Flexibility to work 1 day per week initially, with potential to increase based on availability and business demand.
