Qualifications

Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for Freelance Estimator in Falmer

Responsibilities

• Provide estimating support with bids and contracts to ensure robust pricing, risk management and governance.
• Assist and advise the Senior Management Team on commercial influences and risks around any bids.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to produce accurate and timely estimates / cost data.
• Ensure supplier / subcontractor terms are back-to-back with the client requirements, and if not, assess impact of any deviations.
• Prioritise workload and support the team to produce results in a timely manner to meet business needs.
• Liaise with key stakeholders such as customers and operational colleagues on a day to day basis and influence them.
• Develop and implement process changes to improve performance following need to make changes.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency.
• Water and Waste Water experience (3+ years).
• Degree in construction or Quantity Surveying.
• Must be happy to be paid VIAUmbrella payment.

Rates & Shift pattern

£650 per Day (Mon - Friday)

Hybrid 80-90% WFH and intermittent travel to site.
