Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a Freelance Assistant Site Manager in Highworth to oversee subcontractors and manage site inspections. In this role, you will enforce safety regulations, conduct site inductions, and maintain progress reports. A valid CSCS Card, alongside SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid certifications, is required. Ideal candidates will have experience in new-build residential housing and strong communication skills. This is a temporary contract for 4 months with pay ranging from £200 to £250 per day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on new-build residential housing.
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing subcontractors and direct labour to keep the project on schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage the 'snagging' process to ensure homes meet NHBC and company standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct site inductions for new workers.
