Are you looking to sniff out a new GCMS Analyst role? Have you experience in fragrance matching across different product categories? Join a fast growing, dynamic fragrance company in the analytical department, using GCMS to analyse and match a variety of market products and fragrance concentrates.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the use of GCMS techniques; calibrate and maintain the Agilent GC-MS equipment.


• Analyse and match fragrance across product categories using GCMS; work with analytical software including MassHunter and ChemStation.


• Lead a small team of analysts, focusing on improving extraction and analytical methods and expanding the GCMS library.


• Liaise with perfumers and evaluators; communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Excellent olfactory skills and thorough knowledge of ingredients and raw materials regulations is a strong advantage.


• Experience in line management or team leadership.
