This is a key leadership role for someone who pairs deep FPGA technical expertise with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive delivery at scale.

What You’ll Lead

Leadership & Management

• Mentor and grow a team of FPGA + digital design engineers.
• Set clear goals, drive performance, and foster technical excellence.
• Partner with systems, software, hardware, and verification teams.
• Recruit and develop top‑tier engineering talent.
• Champion best practices in design, verification, and documentation.

Technical Ownership

• Architect and deliver high‑performance, low‑latency FPGA solutions.
• Provide direction across RTL (VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog), simulation, timing closure, and validation.
• Define design standards, IP reuse strategies, and verification methodologies.
• Ensure designs meet performance, power, area, and reliability targets.
• Advise on FPGA technology roadmaps across major vendors.

Project Delivery

• Own FPGA development from concept to production.
• Lead planning, estimation, and scheduling of FPGA deliverables.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
