As an FP&A Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the budget cycle and year‑end processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned FP&A Manager to step in and make a direct impact on the financial future of the business.

Key Responsibilities

As the FP&A Manager your responsibilities will include :

  • Budget Cycle Ownership : Lead the budget‑setting process ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Year‑End Preparation : Coordinate year‑end financial processes ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.
  • Forecasting and Reporting : Manage rolling monthly forecasts providing timely insights to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership : Lead a high‑performing finance team ensuring quality delivery and effective communication.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as the liaison between finance and operational teams ensuring smooth collaboration and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Governance : Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or Senior Finance professional in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with budget cycles, forecasting and year‑end preparation.
  • Leadership skills and a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with experience using ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle).

Salary offered is dependent on experience.
