Job Purpose

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is keen to join a fast-paced and dynamic FP&A team. Our Finance team is growing due to the expanding nature of our business, and the role is based in our London office on a full-time basis. The purpose of the role will be to support with the global financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and shape Oneglobal’s growing international network of offices. The successful candidate will have obtained a degree or AAT qualification and is looking to continue their professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA). It is essential to have excellent attention to detail, be organised, personable and able to multi-task.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support with the preparation of annual budgets and periodic re-forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Gather, validate, and interpret financial data from multiple departments to support accurate planning and analysis.
  • Consolidate budget submissions, identify and explain variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across all inputs.
  • Reconcile financial data across various systems and sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Support automation initiatives for recurring reports and dashboards to enhance productivity and accuracy – identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline reporting and analysis, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls, maintaining high standards of governance.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and timely financial data and documentation.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Experience of working in a commercially focused finance function beneficial
  • Organised and able to prioritise/re-prioritise due to constantly changing circumstances
  • Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
  • Actively working towards chartered or certified professional qualification
