What you'll do

The Operational FP&A Accountant responsible for developing and overseeing the Operational FP&A Finance Function. This is a key finance function responsible for providing detailed financial insights to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision‑making.

  • Develop operational financial dashboards to track performance
  • Prepare, review, and analyse operational performance reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance business performance.
  • Support senior management and cross‑functional teams with insightful financial analysis and data‑driven recommendations to guide decision‑making.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of operational financial data.
  • Collaborate closely with other finance and operational teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and planning.
  • Coordinate with relevant business partners to gather inputs and assumptions for financial modelling.
  • Develop and maintain standard costing methodologies for operational processes.
  • Analyse cost variances and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
