Responsibilities

• Build SOTA LLMs and foundation models in a high-impact team.
• Shape the scientific foundation of frontier models.
• Develop hands-on experiments and techniques to create world-leading models.

Skills

Deep understanding of recent architectures and training methodology for LLMs

Experience with pre-training or post-training (SFT, RLHF)

Strong grounding in optimization techniques

Strong experimental design skills

Fluency in PyTorch or JAX

Ability to collaborate effectively

Ability to turn research into prototypes

Familiarity with common tools

Openness to adopting new tooling

Strong written English

Open, honest, and transparent communication

Education

PhD or Masters degree in relevant discipline
