Reporting to the CEO and working directly with the Chief Performance Officer and the wider CEO Office team, the Founders Associate will provide dedicated operational support to our CEO, ensuring they can focus their time on the highest-impact decisions and activities.
This is a high-leverage role designed for someone who wants to learn how exceptional leaders operate. You'll work closely with the Chief Performance Officer who owns the broader operating cadence and company communications to ensure the CEO vision is delivered.
This is your accelerated education in CEO‑level thinking and company‑building. You'll see firsthand how exceptional leaders make decisions, allocate time, and drive impact at scale. You'll build skills in strategic thinking, executive communication, and high‑stakes execution that set you up for operating, or founding roles.
