Qualifications

  • Substantial post-registration experience in a mental health or learning disability setting.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or senior clinical role, demonstrating the ability to supervise and support others.
  • Experience working within a forensic or secure setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the nursing team.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex needs.
  • Provide mentorship and line management to junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
  • Uphold clinical governance and manage risks within a secure environment.
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
