We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established groundworks contractor with ongoing projects across Hampshire and East Sussex. This role offers long-term work on a variety of civils projects, with a focus on external works and off-site drainage.

Role responsibilities:

• Supervising groundworks gangs across multiple sites
• Managing external works and off-site drainage installations
• Coordinating with site management and subcontractors
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
• Maintaining site records, health & safety, and progress reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Foreman on groundwork/civils projects
• Strong knowledge of external works and deep drainage
