We are keen to hear from ambitious and motivated Foreman/ General Foreman who are passionate about contributing to renewable energy projects and eager to develop their careers within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Civil Engineering Contractor specialising in renewables, infrastructure, and flood protection schemes, is currently seeking a dedicated Foreman / General Foreman to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful projects across Scotland.

  • As the Foreman/ General Foreman, you will take a proactive role in managing site operations, collaborating closely with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in overseeing operational activities on-site
  • A positive outlook towards learning, teamwork, and contributing to collective success
  • Familiarity with maintaining site diaries and enforcing health and safety compliance
  • Previous experience with civil engineering contractors, ideally within renewable energy projects
  • Pervious experience on ducting and cabling is highly desired
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively
  • Willingness to travel in line with business needs
