A multi-academy trust in the UK is looking for a dedicated Football Coach to enhance football participation across its secondary academies. Responsibilities include leading football sessions, organizing community events, and overseeing annual football tours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth football and experience in coaching, contributing to the holistic development of students. This role promises engagement in a supportive educational environment with various opportunities for personal and professional growth.
We're inviting applications for passionate and hard working Football coach to work across two of our secondary academies, and wider across the Trust. This role will have responsibility for growing the football participation and provision across Charnwood College, including female & male year 7 - 10, along with taking a lead on the Sixth Form development. On a Monday each week will be delivery of Football at Lodge Park Academy in Corby throughout the school day, with after-school squad sessions.
The role will work closely with the sports departments and Head of Sports Enrichment to ensure all football opportunities are promoted, delivered, reported and organised to a high standard throughout the school and Trust.
The post holder will also run community sessions on the Charnwood site on a Thursday evening (Charnwood Rangers), and support any football related initiatives delivered across the Trust including development days, tournaments and CPD. The post holder will also have responsibility for planning, organising and attending our annual football tours, which have seen us visit Paris and the Netherlands in the past two years.
